  1. Thank you for the complement. I am doing a lot of exersize and I don't eat fatty foods such as fast food, fried foods, fatty mayo ect. If I snack on anything I eat apple slices instead of chips. I run on the treadmil for 2 miles a day. Then I will do either Firm total body or Jillian Micheals Fat zones for strength training and I finish by doing 100 sit ups. If the weather is nice I will add an evening walk around the park for another 2-3 miles. How is your journey going? Keep in touch
