    Welcome Swish BC!!! KC - Hope your fill works out...know the feeling of being too tight and that is just HORRID. Luluc - tried making the protein shake in the morning - what kind of PB do you use? Mine just kinda coagulated at the bottom. Today: B - Banana PB Protein Shake & Coffee w/FF half & half L - 12 All Bran Crackers & 2 oz. of colby cheese S -1/2 cheerios dry (shared a snack w/daughter!) D - 1 cup of beef stew (WW recipe mostly ate the veggies) S - 1/2 cup strawberries S - 60 cal pudding and wasa cracker no official workout today - did a lot of running around w/kiddies

    Welcome Slim-in-TN Went to go have my band refilled...previous to having it unfilled I had 5 in it. Today she put in 4.5 under flouro saying that looked like enough....has anyone had this happen? Today: B - coffee w/splenda splash of milk 30 cal? l - nothing - fill S - pure protein shake (110) D - pure protein shake 110 S - 2 60 cal puddings 120 total - 370 ish exercise: 30 minutes on treadmill w/incline between 7 - 11. 270 calories. Am hungry right now...may do a PB protein shake.

    China - Happy Birthday!!! Today: B - coffee S - 1/4 of avocado L - 4 oz salmon w/tad of teriyaki sauce w/some steamed veggies S - 1 colby cheese stick D - soyrizo w/beans, sprinkle of cheese & avocado S - another cheese stick S - decaf coffee w/graham crackers w/tad of PB Spin class It is really tough having an empty band :sneaky:

    KC - WOOHOO!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!!! So I had a bit of episode last week: After Hawaii I decided that I needed to lose the 3lbs before going to have my much needed fill...now do I really need a fill. On Friday I went to Costco and had a sample of Macadanian encrusted Mahi mahi and when I put it in my mouth it was like 1000 degrees...I did the worst thing....it was instinctual - I swallowed it whole. Well that irritated the crap out of the band so much that by Friday night I couldn't swallow my spit. It was horrible. I went to the ER and my dr. took it all out. I am on my own till next Monday....I am going to do everything to not gain a pound!!! So be warned about the damn Costco snacks! Sunday & Monday - way too much to write...amazing how much you can eat when band is empty!! Too much candy!!! Today: B - Coffee S - 1/2 slice toast L - 1/2 slice of bread w/PB and 1/2 banana S - Trader Joes granola bar 150 calories D - some of the mahi mahi (really really good), salad Thanks for reading!     Also posted in general ?.. Hi - Was banded in October - all has been okay. Today at costco I sampled Macadaian encrusted mahi mahi...and it was HOT. I w/out thinking swallowed the whole thing. I felt a bit stuck but nothing that time didn't help. About an hour later I ate a small Peanut Butter cup...slimed it up. An hour later a Protein shake - couldn't finish it. Two hours later, I was hungry and ate a Fiber One bar...it was feeling VERY uncomfortable about 20 minutes after eating it. I have been sliming now for a couple of hours...did I just irritate it? Someone please tell me what is going on. I am freaking out!!! TIA

    Back from Hawaii...had a fantastic time! Scuba diving, ziplining and well behaved babies!!! On a bad note, I LIVED it up food wise...I was too ashamed to step on the scale this morning. Today: B - Coffee S - Pure protein shake L -roasted corn soup & red pepper soup (trader joes brand) D - repeat of lunch and one bite of smoked salmon S - pure protein shake & 10 all bran crackers

    Leaving for Hawaii tomorrow morning and have been stressed trying to get everything packed for the family...packing for two kids under two is tough!! B - Coffee w/creamer and small slice of french toast S - iced coffee w/ff creamer splenda L - one bite of hamburger, apple D - beef stew (about cup) that was filled w/veggies S - 3 (yes three) weight watcher bliss bars...stress of the reality of packing it's 2 am and just finished packing...will be up in a few hours....please pray that we have a safe vacation and flight w/my kids behaving on the flight...seriously stressed about the flight....

Today - warning - not pretty: B - coffee L - lo-mein noodles & hot and sour soup D - way too many garlic fries and 1/2 of hamburger (w/out bun) w/cheese, slice of bacon, onion straws. Seriously though - way too many fries. S - cookies. BAD ME.

    Yesterday: B - coffee w/splash of ff half and half, splenda S - Pure Protein Shake L - Fiber one bar D - 2 margaritas, chips and dip, too many hershey chocolate nuggets :tongue_smilie: - neighborhood happy hour...had too be neighborly! Today: B - coffee S - FF yogurt L - Fiber One Bar D - went out - caprice salad & crab cake...i guess i need to mention the two glasses of wine...

    Today: B - coffee, splash of FF half&half, splenda S - Pure Protein Shake L - one pack of tuna (80 cal), dab of mayo, mustard D - smoked salmon, two small potatoes, snap peas S - blueberries Exercise - not much today - walked about 1.5 miles w/a mild incline pushing the double stroller w/both kiddies in it.

    Golfgirl - I am so very sorry for your loss. KCMagu - we have been wanting to take a vacation for awhile and when I would read about your trip it motivated me to book Hawaii. I love Kauai and you reminded me of that!!! Thanks everyone for your support. I need to be more patient with myself. I just wish that food didn't haunt me! Today: B - coffee w/splenda FF half&half (never understood how they make half & half fat free!) S - Pure Protein Shake L - Trader Joe's Granola Bar (after intense workout and needed ANYTHING) D - chicken thyme soup S - 60 calorie pudding Workout - one hour w/trainer - weights - intense - leg shaking intense!

    Been doing really bad since Saturday. I need of a fill but am going to Hawaii next week and will do it afterwards. Today started the 5 day pouch test to get me back on track. Why do I have so many food issues?!!! UGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! :eek::huh2: Today - LIQUIDS. Will be doing a spin class. I need to find motivation to eat HEALTHY food in MODERATION even when my band is a bit loose.

    B - coffee w/splenda & milk, 1 bite french toast L - 2 eggbeaters, bite of grilled cheese & few sweet potato fries D - couple of bites of refried beans mixed w/soyrizo, 1 oz cheese S - 1/2 graham cracker w/tad of PB, 1/2 Fiber One Bar 25 cardio at gym...been unmotivated lately.

    Today: B - Coffee L - 1/4 cup brown rice & 1/2 chicken stir fry...was starving and ate way too fast...got stuck. Only ate 1/2...was uncomfortable for hours. D - spinach salad w/almonds, croutons, balsamic vinegar, blood orange infused olive oil, cranberries, chicken. Also had some colby cheese Didn't workout today...sick kiddies and sore...will make every effort to do it tomorrow.

    WELCOME CHINA!!!!!! Today: B - Pure Protein Shake L - 2 egg whites, 2 sausage links and 3 bites of english muffin S - 1/2 graham cracker w/tad of PB D - 1/2 enchilada, 1/2 inside enchilada, 1/3 cup beans S - 70 cal rice pudding Workout - spin class - 1 hour...sweat city!

    Been MIA...not eating too well...need to seriously get back on track. Today: B - Pure Protein shake & coffee L - 3/4 cup grilled chicken w/broccoli S - Fiber One Bar D - meat loaf, couple bites mash potato, peas - total about one cup S - FF/SF hot chocolate Work out - w/trainer - one hour of weights - intense...some cardio.
  19. My trainer recommends having a complex carb and protein prior to workout and solid protein afterwards. Examples she gives are 1/2 brown rice and egg whites prior and something like a Pure Protein Shake afterwords. I have noticed a difference when I do this. HTH and GL!

    Welcome Latinacurves3 & Morenilla! Morenilla - try soyrizo...yes I know it sounds gross, but taste exactly like chorizo w/tons less fat and calories. Today: B - coffee w/splenda B2 - 2/3 Fiber One Bar - my 2 yr. old son wanted me to "share"!! L - 2/3 cup roasted veggie soup S - too many crackers and cream cheese D - one cup of turkey chili w/sprinkle of cheese and square of cornbread I feel really guilty about the crackers...I kept eating knowing I should have stopped. When will food not be such an issue for me???!!!! UGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

    Luluc - sorry to hear about the fill...I can only imagine how bummed you must feel. KC - Hang in there - take it one meal at a time. Today: B1 - coffee w/splenda splash of milk B2 - pure Protein shake L - spinach salad w/sprinkle of: almonds, fresh parmesan, dried cranberries, balsamic vinegar and orange infused olive oil. S - Fiber One Bar D - 6 high fiber crackers and less than ounce of cheese I feel like I am forgetting something... One hour spin class...sweat city.

    B - coffee w/splenda, splash of milk S - banana S - small NF latte w/splenda L - less than 1 oz cheese, 6 high fiber crackers D - home cooked pinto beans, sprinkle of cheese, slice of avocado, salsa, some potato - less than one cup S - small cookie Great workout w/trainer today....one hour of body sculpting and cardio combined...intense.

Did have way too many fries. S - slice of cake w/icing...I am trying not to feel guilty...but of course I am.... Luluc - glad I made you laugh...it is seriously crazy that my right glute is KILLING me...I am blaming my crazy workouts last week.

    B - Coffee w/splash of milk splenda L - 2/3 cup french onion soup S - FF latte w/splenda S - WW peanut butter bliss bar D - 4 grilled shrimp, spinach salad & 3 bites of this couscous and quinoa blend. 1/2 glass of wine. No workout today...I seriously think I have injured my bum muscles!
