Hello! I am about a little over a month since my gastric bypass surgery. I am starting to notice changes in my mental health. I am prescribed an anti depressant/anti anxiety medication and I don’t think I am fully absorbing the medication the way I should be. Has anyone else experienced this? What helps you through this time? I’ve lost all motivation in life it feels like. I feel extreme sadness. I get overly emotional and I need some input thank you so much

I have been craving ramen. I am in my soft food stage and I have been looking for some high protein options and the IMMI ramen reviews are just not doing it for me. Recently I came across chef woo ramen on amazon and it’s all plant based protein and I was wondering if anyone has tried it. And if so, how did you like it?

Hello! I had my surgery March 25th and am only a week post op. Now I understand right now I cannot take normal sized bites and cannot drink with meals but will this be a forever thing? Will I ever be able to take normal bites of food again or be able to drink water with meals? I had a gastric Bypass

Hello! Lately I’ve been having insane cravings for pho and ramen. I recently ordered a protein noodle ramen and was wondering about pho or alternatives to it. Any suggestions?

I am only 2 weeks out but I wanna get some ideas for when I am able to eat them. My doc has already allowed me to eat soft foods such as lunch meats as I am able to tolerate them really well so I’m just getting more ideas for the future. Also how do you edit the stats? I keep trying and I cannot figure it out. It says in my bio when my surgery was and what surgery but that’s all I can figure out how to edit.
