Surgery in 2008. Kept appts til moved back to FL (2010)  2 yrs after surgery. Moved back to GA in 2011 Had to be with 1st Granddaughter. After moving back unable to find my surgeon who did my surgery in TN. Unfortunately found the Dr had passed.  Followed most of what I should of been doing.
