Outdoors I am in Texas and the sweat is good and helps with weight loss I'm about to get a gym membership so I can get mentally prepared before winter 😩😩😩

Thanks the journey is Hard but it's REAL! I'm a 4am every morning crazy lazy running 5 miles I think that contributed to the fast drop in these 4 months! -

I was on ozempic for diabetes and weight management before my sleeve surgery on 4/11/24. I'm in the honey moon phase where the surgery as completely eliminated food noise. Ozempic was a dream drug for me I lost a lot of weight before surgery and I will gladly get back on it if in the future cravings come back and weight gain. I see nothing wrong with it! -

That is awesome! I had to also drop some tears I tried on old clothes and it's like I lost a whole person, I was going to get rid of my old clothing but I'll keep a few as a reminder !! -

Trust me i understand I wake at like 5am and take my bariactric multivitamin then eat my calcium chews later that day. I wake early because I run every morning how fun 😂😂 -

Everything is good my VSG was on 4/11/24 and it's so crazy how unfun getting liquids in are now. I just have to guzzle water down to meet my goal, no longer enjoyable. I am grieving drinking freely and not getting full easily/ -
Yes I drink these they save me because I would never get my protein in otherwise.
