    saturday. went the apple fest. had some ckn on a stick. felt good to eat outside. the smell didnt bother me cause i got ckn on a stick. watcht the fat girls eat. bye-bey belly.i am not going to b one of u any longer. i lov my lap-band.:thumbup:

    2 wks after band surg not loosing. disappointed by this.eating small amts of meats only 2 to 3 oz lunch n dinner only. exersize limited at this pt still feel week.gained 4 lb in second wk why??? need to fill i guess.:rolleyes2::clap::tt2:
