hi,i was banded 3rd Sept 2008 at that time i was 213 lb now after 6 month i am 186 lb and still going down ,honestly speaking i had best decision in my life,go for it don't hesitate,but after op u should go for exercises ,i did join the gym January 2009 ,regrades nizee

thanks ,i had surgery in Sept 2008 i lost 26lb ,i was 213lb now i am 187 lb but still keep going . i added some my old pic as well .thanks for appreciation -
