WOW you look great! You really need to put a before picture as well. How long has it been since you had the surgery and how much have you lost?

    thanks ,i had surgery in Sept 2008 i lost 26lb ,i was 213lb now i am 187 lb but still keep going . i added some my old pic as well .thanks for appreciation
