How does this work because I had it out with my surgeons office the insurance. I called my insurance to see if my surgeon submitted the info for the appeal for the peer to peer. They informed me that my surgeon didn't send the info in time and that they tried calling numerous times and offered them a appeal process. I called the surgeon office and they stated they never heard from th insurance and that they sent the data. Also the surgeon office said that the peer to peer got canceled by the insurance because that had already denied the surgery so now I am highly upset getting the run around. Lastly called insurance back to explain what the office said and they stated the same story but it was a different rep for the insurance. So different reps are saying the same thing almost. Plus surgeon lady rep had a attitude. So I am lost and just wonder why its this hard.

My surgeon is wanting to switch me to a SADI-S. Is this procedure ok. I am nervous.

I forgot to post. But according to my dietician I am over eating, they say this is the only way I am gaining weight and that it has to be a surplus of calories. I only eat once a day because of this and I now eat lean meat only. So if this does not work than I quit.

Either November or Late October. Forgot when I made the post.

I don't eat croutons, avocado bacon or nuts in salads(ewwww lol). Just grilled chicken, ranch, cheese, onions, jalapeños, cucumbers.
-
I usually only get hungry once a day. I currently make a homemade salad or get something from a meat a two place, usually baked chicken and some collards, mashed potatoes. I usually eat one whole meal a day now and two slimfast for the other two meals.

They give me the eye roll and say it's got to be something I am eating or drinking that's causing weight gain.
-
Yes to your first question. I only lost like 60 to 70 lbs. My surgeon staff only wants me on a 800 calorie diet loss weight. Except low cLorie sweet tea I don't eat much food let alone it's hard to eat anything when most foods have above 200 hundred calories.

2.4 now. But it's not as they thought, they think I am misleading them

My surgery was in May of 2023 and the shots semaglutide.

I don't mean to annoy anyone but my question is ,I am on a 800 calorie diet and I find it very hard to stay on this diet no because I am hungry but because everything now is loaded with calories. So I am puzzled and wondering is 800 calories a day too much or too little. Dietician says anything over 800 will cause weight gain and disrupt the process with my shots versus other doctors are like 800 is nothing. I am confused.

No no, the salad is enough to where I can scoup out and put in tiny bowl and eat off it twice for two or three days. On day three I go get another salad and do the same thing. My stomach still gets full quick.

I made a post about being on semaglutide shots. There aren't working as I weighed at the weight doc's. and I gained 4 pounds since last month. I don't know what to do. But I will be honest. I have eaten nothing but a crispy chicken salad from the Publix which last me for 3 days since I still the restriction with the shots and surgery. I am over year out from surgery. My salad had peppers, cucumber, cheese and tenders with ranch. Only sugar drink I drink is sweet tea no sodas. What am I doing wrong? What should be eating. Dietician aren't helping.
