Congrats I know u are happy your banded see the pain is probably pretty much gone now. I'm doing good I reached my 50 pound mark today I am so excited if someone told me before I could lose 50 pounds in 4 months I never would of believed them. I am so greatful to my band.

Congrats I'm doing pretty good I hit a plateau for a while but the scale moved finally this morning so I'm down 58 lbs I have been very stressed with moving so I haven't been able to exercise and eat the way I should. Isn't it crazy the amount of food you can eat I think my mind sometimes plays tricks on me I get to thinking I can't be full off this amount but my body lets me know I am. I think this is the best thing I could of done for myself I am so happy. I wish you the best and congrats on 40 lbs gone!!!!!

Everything went pretty good. I really can't complain.

Girl I understand about losing and gaining I do that constantly I gain between 3-5 then lose 3-7 or so my weight loss is slow but steady. I'm just scared to get to small and look sick.

Hey thanks for checking on me I'm ding pretty good. I stayed overnight in the hospital the incisions didn't hurt me it was my back. I feel a lot better today. I slipped and fell on the way in the house but besides that I feel ok.
