Girl I understand about losing and gaining I do that constantly I gain between 3-5 then lose 3-7 or so my weight loss is slow but steady. I'm just scared to get to small and look sick.

I'm doing good working on my last 25 but i'm not to sure if I want to lose it. I feel like I might be to small.

I know the feeling! I gain some times too. What I do if I feel like I'm getting out of control I go on liquids for a couple of day to get the band back in order. It's a constant struggle but I'm here to help you let me know if I can!

Thanks BabyDiva. It has truly been been an up and down road but I would do it again if I had to. I'm truly greatful for my band and it hhas really worked for me. If I never lose another pound I would be fine because I feel wonderful and my health problems have cleared up. I wish you the best on ur journey as well. Keep intouch it's always lovely to meet new people as we need a wonderful support time on this journey.

Yes I have felt that before also I was so tight that my doctor took everything out so I have been all over the place with this band. I'm kinda luck that my doctor is very good with fills I can call her anytime and she will fill or unfill. When did you get this fill cause also it can get tight out of no where so wait a little while and see if your restriction changes.

Thanks! I have about 27 more to lose to be where I wanna be. I'm not pressed because I feel wonderful. I keep getting stuck at the same weight for a while then losing a few pounds but as long as I'm not gaining I'm fine.

Hi, Happy New Year! I'm doing pretty good I hit my 1 year mark on 12/22 I lost 81 pounds. I thank god for that and I'm truly blessed. How are u doing?

Thanks! I'm doing so much better now I had a fill on thursday and I've lost 7 pounds already my restriction is back. Today is my one year anniversary and i'm down 82 pounds. I feel so blessed with all of the progress i've made.

That's great! Congrats on your weight loss I know it hard! I'm doing pretty good my weight loss has been up and down I had to have all of my fluid taken out last month because of a fill that was to tight. I'm playing catch up now I go for a fill tomorrow to get back to the 6cc's I had in before the unfill. I pray this will start my weight loss again. I need to lose about 35 more pounds to get where I wanna be.

No that's true My mom is like that she cooks all day and really doesn't eat after all the cooking. I plan on helping her cook and relaxing as well with the family. I just got a fill yesterday so I won't be eating to much myself. I just look forward to family time. How are things going with you?

I know the feeling I had it bad this week I got a fill on monday and had to have everything taken out on thursday because of sliming and vomiting. I lost 6 pounds in 3 day it was terrible. So I go back on monday to have some fluid put back in my band.
