    Afraid to Eat

I’ve had this feeling before but it lasted a very short while. Your body needs the calories to survive and weight loss will still happen. Your stomach is not that same anymore and you won’t be able to eat the same amount or the same types of food anymore. That feeling will pass in due time. You’ll be okay! Just make sure you follow your surgeon’s directives ♥️

    Taking Ursodiol for Gallbladder

I split mine up throughout the day so I’m not taking too much at one time. But yes, good idea to ask your nurse.

    Stall

I was told by my surgeon and his team that for some reason, everyone hits a plateau around 3-4 weeks post op. You should be fine after that I got worried too when I hit my plateau but my weight has been going down ever since.
  4. Does anyone have any tips on getting more water/fluids in? I use sugar-free drink mixes and sugar-free sports drinks all the time but I still can't get enough fluids. I have a water tracking app and a 64oz water bottle but is there anything else that I can do or use? Any help is appreciated
