maybe I'm gonna measure tmro I think I had the same amount it wasn't very much I know that maybe the cream of celary isn't so bad, I'm going to try it tomorrow and I'll post it on here if it's any good but everyone is different (: -

today was the first day i had full liquids and i feel better today than yesturday, woohoo, i had some protein shake 2 times today and some cream of potato soup yummy :thumbup: -

that's good do you know if there are any with sugar free fat free or I mean fat free no sugar added? -
I had a nose bleed two days ago but that was the only time maybe it's from the oxegen tube they put on you after surgery?

we lost the same amount of weight lol, well thats good, i got to start exercising soon but i got to call to make sure its ok to do so, my band already has a fill in it, im not sure if i want any more at this point i might need it, i might not, how did you feel your first week? congrats to you (: -
