    oh and i had an amazing graduation party, my aunt's boyfriend brought some horses over..it was just an amazing party :D

     

    im very happy its over with, and its out lol yes, thats a major plus for lapband lol

     

    oh and the eating part i dont mean like throwing it up lol!

    thanks, surgery went great! he said my gallbladder had a lot of scar tissue and to tell you the truth, lapband was less painfull!

     

    thanks! :D and tmi but everything you eat seems to um come back out and it sucks lol but hey i found out that before i got my surgery that i lost 11pounds!

    is there anything else to relieve pain besides pain killers because the possible side effects include nausea, vommiting, dizzyness, lightheadedness, which i really dont need, i dont want bad memmories from lapband sugery..anytips?

    i keep telling my mom i want something like that, i think itll make things better ohh i also found out on the day of gallbladder surgery that i lost 11 pounds in 15 days!

    i found this more painfull than lapband lol it was definitely easier to get up and sit down with the lapband, thanks! ill try an ice pack, its safe and all right? ill try tylenol later

    ughh well i had my surgery yesturday and i feel weird, 5 inscions, belly button and side ones hurt the most, kinda feeling dizzy..

    indeed, especially if youi dont live close to the city or even stores, my windshield gets put in tomorrow and then inspection on friday...then i can go drive it!!

     

    haha yeah...no not a family one..more like a vacationg with you and a few close friends...i want to go on one with mine, but i have no idea where to go lol

     

    awh pooo, nothing? when's your prom, are you going to prom? what about homecoming? hmm i dunno...but no, i didnt mean like parties. i meant like go out with your friends and go bowling or something, go to the movies, make it a fun night! (: like i said i wanna go midnight/moonlight bowling, it was so fun the last time i went, which was on my friend's birthday, i would so do the campfire if my birthday wasnt in winter lol oh and for my 21st birthday i want a male stripper in a cop uniform hahahaha! thanks, it really isnt far away, still pretty nervous but im happy to get it out, thanks again :D

    got 1st fill on weds since being banded(july 31st 2009) i cooked toast this morning cause i was hungry hmm well here comes the tight feeling in my chest and a few mins later the slime feeling.. 1. i'm assuming i definitely ate it too fast, yes thats my mistake and 2. its toast well i tried getting the feeling out without having it come up, tried patting my chest had my mom pat my back, i walked back and forth, none of those helped, even tried standing up as tall as i could which usually helps NOPE! so i leaned over to see if it would help NOPE came up, got the "i feel like i gotta puke" feeling kept trying to avoide puking, but it came up and it was clear slimey with no parts of the toast just milk, the second time it came up it had some cinamon in it, it was so nasty.i still feel like i need to puke but not a PB version but that a productive burp right? how many times do you puke it up when you get it? now i feel a little shakey and a little sick, is that normal?...and my gallbladder pain started before i ate the toast but went away and now that that happened it came back..?

    i was expecting it to hurt for some reason, but thanks for the tip, i'll keep that in mind! i'm feeling better now and im going to stay away from toast, eek!

    omg its so boring, the 5-hour course, wow lol but hey once you get that over with, you could go for your road test :D

     

    the nurse at my surgeons office said ill feel better and i'll be happier annnnndd it'll help me lose weight, like you said :D, i know, i know (: that not good, take a vacation, you deserve it!!!

     

    i hope so (: really, you're almost 18? awesomeness haha.. you have nothing else to look forward to?? how about having a 18th birthday thing, like bowling, i'm doing that for mine but i'm going to do midnight bowling :D thanks, my surgery is july 22nd, good luck to you with everything too :D

    after almost a year out, i finally got my first fill! i saw my surgeon for a consultation on the gallbladder issue and he'll call for the surgery date. it felt so weird!! and it still does.. also he said i had 5cc's in it, um what? i'm pretty sure when i asked the last time i went (november 11th 2009) they said there wasnt any fluid in it. so i guess i have a total of 6cc's now..it's a 10cc band. oh my god, it finally feels good not feeling like im hungry! hopefully it stays that way for a long time!

    thats good, never give up just because something happened (: this year was a pretty rough year, but we all gotta do it. thanks, i hope it goes well too and i hope it helps with losing weight, would be awesome!!!!

    it was exciting and it doesnt feel like i graduated lol, i passed my road test yesturday!!! yay! all i got to do now is get my car on the road and stufff ahah

     

    it does, it comes and goes but i had a couple of times where it was so bad, i ended up in the hospital. nervous to get it out but maybe its the answer to the pain ive been having since getting the surgery. well you were and you shouldnt let family get in your way of losing weight, you're trying to do the better for yourself. one girl on here/youtube, had to block everyone and everything out, you're supposed to focus on what you're eating, and controll your mind, she lost a lot of weight 125 with the band heres a link to her video

    HEY, SORRY TO BE POSTING THIS ON HERE but anyways, i graduate from highschool tomorrow!! i was the first student that i know of who has had the band done at 18 while in highschool. i may have missed many days due to being sick the first few months of having it done but everyone has told me that i made a complete turn around. its true! my final grades are 87-96 and i made high honor roll 3 quarters in a row (1st quarter made nothing) now more about the band, i got my insurance card today!!! very exciting (: but i have news for some of those who commented my thread about gallstones i believe...i'm having surgery to get it removed, i was going to have my surgery done on july 5th but they surgeon on the hospital near me told me to call my lapband surgeon to see if he should do it and obviously they said he should do it do the surgery is cancelled and i have a consultation with my surgeon on july 7th. i just hope that this (gallblader) is what has been causing me discomfort and pain....nausea!so i say BRING IT ON!! i hope i feel 100% better after andd after i get that out, i'll be getting my first fill!!!!! finally after a year getting banded! omg! and i'll also be seeing a therapist most likely because my "depression" or whatever i have is still with me and i cant stand it, yup :smile: and i have a question..woman answer only please, my boobs have been (mainly the nipple part TMI!!!)hurting a little over two weeks, no monthly thing and no having been with guys, does mean i'll be getting my monthly thing soon? i never had that happen before

    thanks guys (: CarolD771- it was a very busy year, i had severe nausea for 2 and a half months and it slowly went away. i get nauseated here and there but its not bad so i missed around 4-6 weeks of school at the begining of the year, i managed to make up work thanks to a very amazing teacher i have/had (special ed), she would collect my homework for that week and bring it to me and teach me how to do the hw. it was a good year but i wish i could have enjoyed it more without being so sick. i think i would have been closer/half way to goal by now =/ i need to take control of my mind more but anyways now that school is going to be officially over, i can focus on myself more and ill hopeful be around half way to goal by the end of the year (:

    it's okay, been pretty busy since school has been out and getting ready for graduation

     

     

    im kinda in pain right now, oh! i have to get my gallblader out which is why im having pain now...was in the hospital 3 weekends ago and they found gallstones had very sevre pain that night...but that stinks although, you're doing great right now, dont give up!!!!!

    yeah, the nausea was way gone, since dec. but i wont be getting a fill till after i get my gallblader removed, its been causing me pain here and there and i've had two attacks and the most recent one was the worst so far, so the doc said itd be best to get it removed now b/c the next one could be even worse

    well long ish story made short, i woke up around 4am yesturday cause my cat woke me up, so i went to the bathroom and came to lay back down. not even a few minutes later i started having this pain right under my left rib at the bottom so i tried laying on my left side. i thought it was a gas bubble or something but it didnt go away when i layed on my side so i tried laying on my stomach and it hurt so bad, it felt so hard and felt sort of warm it was a sharp pain so i got up and it still hurt, i walked in the living room where my mom was(my neice stays the night on fridays and she sleeps on the couch so my mom stays in there so she doesnt fall off of the couch)to tell her i was having pain there. so we all thought it was just gas pain but it was hurting more and more so i tried 3 gas-x's and it was hurting a little more, i sat down..i thought the gas-x was gonna work but nope it didnt, it got to the point where i couldnt lay, sit or stand, it hurt so bad it put me in tears so finally 25-30 mins later decided to go to the hospital. got there at 5am left at 10am...but anyways they couldnt get blood so finally at the 4th IV needle, they got it. got the results and they came back fine. when the dr came back in i told him i was having pain on my right side now and in my back so i got an ultrasound done. the results came back with gall stones. i really hope i dont have to have surgery, i should be finding out tomorrow. is anything you guys suggest?
