  1. I have the exact same issue and did have it checked by a doctor. Mine is indeed a yeast infection that recurs frequently. My doctor wrote me a prescription and, believe it or not, told me to make sure I contact her every time it starts so it can be documented in my medical record. She said it is a direct result of my hanging skin, no air getting in there and dead skin, etc., getting trapped. It may prove valuable information should I ever decide I need a tummy tuck and possibly getting it covered due to medical reasons.

    Bathroom issue

It is definitely important to keep your fluids up. I had the same problem and Milk of Magnesia worked wonderfully for me. Mi was just careful to take it at night when I knew I was in for the evening.

    July 13th with Dr. Illian!

Ha ha, I was concerned I sent you the wrong pre-op information. I was panicking thinking bug meat was on there, I know protein is important to us, but I have to draw the line somewhere and that definitely would be it, lol.

Sweet, I lived in Jax in Mandarin until a year ago. Gainesville is nice, but I really, really miss Jacksonville.

    Toe nails

I didn't lose any, but I have an awful problem with having ingrown toenails, which I never had pre-surgery.

  11. If you book with a service, they should absolutely keep you abreast of any and all changes, including additional costs, changes of venues, etc. If I were in your shoes, I would definitely request a refund, as you did not get what you specifically asked for and were not notified of the changes in advance.

    Very tight schedule

I agree with 2013sleevegirl, my fiance makes up most of our meals for the week on Sunday, then freezes them. That way, we have healthy lunches and dinners ready, no matter how busy our schedule gets.

    too dang hot

Sounds like you are doing well, way to go! I am definitely not a hot weather person. Thank goodness for air conditioning, or I would never survive these Florida summers. I do all my workouts at the gym, big fans, air conditioning, yep, that's what I'm talking about!

    WTF? Am I wrong?

Goodness. How completely rude and disrespectful. If he is this insensitive upon your first meeting, I imagine he would be completely insensitive and self-centered in all other aspects as well. Definitely one to walk away from. Sent from my iPad using VST
  22. One Prilosec every morning does the trick for me. If I miss just one day, boy do I regret it! Sent from my iPad using VST
  23. Laura, you can find me anytime! TDEE is wonderful. I am eating approximately 1750 calories a day now. I lift weights on average of three days per week and love it. On the days I lift, I up my calories to about 2000, making sure I get tons of healthy Protein. My body has responded wonderfully to being properly fueled every day and I have so much more energy now and feel a hundred times better. I am consistently losing inches and weight again and anticipate getting back to goal by the end of summer. I was concerned at first, going from 1000 calories a day to 1750, and as suggested by Bill and other TDEE followers, it took about eight weeks to get my metabolism straightened out and my body used to being properly fueled. During that eight weeks, I actually gained 10 pounds, and they warned me that might happen. But once everything stabilized, I started losing weight and inches, and have already lost what I gained and then some. So, yes, I love it. Not being hungry, fueling my body with healthy foods and lifting weights has definitely proven to be a huge positive in my life. As someone who loves to eat, I am one happy girl!
