its tough too do u just have to get those foods that u just cant stop your self from eating out of the house. im sure u did not eat enough to do anything.

I have been eating whatever I want, I am truly affraid that I may be harming myself. I am going to make myself stop this immedietly, I am not able to eat anything other than my soft foods and protein drinks. That is all I know that I can do. I dont know what else to do at this point. Do you know if what I have done will cause me damage?

I had the same problem or tring to eat liquids or purees or soft foods. It is hard to break that habit i found that when im at home sitting around. i always feel hungrey. or i get to much on my plate and am used to eating it all. it is very hard. ive only been banded for about 4 months so i know how hard it is.
