I am so thirsty but water makes me nauseous. I put lemon in it and that now makes me nauseous. I don't know what to do. Protein shakes make me nauseous and that's wreaking havoc on my skin, I'm starting to regret surgery a little bit.

I’m exactly 1 month Post Op! Regular water makes me nauseous, the thought of drinking a protein shake makes me nauseous. Sugar free popsicles are the only things the quench my thirst. Now those make me nauseous as well! I haven’t eaten anything since yesterday. I don’t know what to do!

It’s going okay. Just the meds like injections of blood thinners are crazy but everything else is okay. How about you? How are you recovering?
