  2. Hiya. I had my survey on March 10th. I started at 259 and now I'm 189. I'm stalling with a while i don't ever have a steady loss, it seems to go on batches! Half stone here and a half stone there but i used to put it up the same way! I too have loads of energy but don't work out much. I should but i don't. People really notice my weight loss but i think looking at ourselves in the mirror for years being heavy is hard to shift from the mind. All my clothes are gone for smaller sizes. We should be clapping ourselves on the back for achieving a new person so hang on there you'll start moving again its probably the bodys way of adjusting for the next loss. Well done you and keep going

  6. Hi, i had bypass on March 10th in Ireland. I started out at 18.9 stone and I'm currently 14.2 stone/lbs. I can eat almost everything but in small potions. Bread.... no interest it doesn't sit well. I'm not tracking or probably not hitting my protein or fluid goals. Exercise just starting, walking and some sea swimming. But I'm so happy i took this step. So happy.
  7. I'm same I'm 10wks out and stalled at 3 stone for weeks. Just won't budge. Back to dietician June 11tb so she might throw an answer at me. Sent from my SM-A515F using BariatricPal mobile app

  12. Oh i too was like that week 7 today. It was going nowhere weeks 4,5 &6. Surgeon told me not to worry that it will do it from time to time and this week it dropped 7lbs. Like my weight going up in half stones its coming down that way too by the looks of it. Frustrating though. Good luck. Sent from my SM-A515F using BariatricPal mobile app

  22. Right I know some of you will say.... would she ever relax but...... Im 4 weeks past op yesterday. I was doing really well on my soft diet but the last few days every time i eat it hurts. I'm chewing etc eating slow but every bite is hurting too the point I'm afraid to eat now. Even taking my meds is off putting. For lunch today i had mash potato and salmon all lovely and soft but only way i got round it was to take a teeny weeny sip of milk so it'd go down. Please don't slate me for sipping. I'm after advice not a berating! Anyone else have ups and downs like this. I was doing so well. (Still am) would water intake have an effect? If i wasnt meeting that goal?
