  1. I only took off two days. One for the surgery and the day after when I was released from the hospital. I luckily felt fine after surgery. In fact, I was answering emails from my hospital bed lol. I work from home, and really just have to turn on the computer, so there was no need to take any more time than that.

  4. Had my surgery on the 7th. Got out of the hospital yesterday morning. So far, pretty good. A few minor gas pains and sore shoulder, but nothing unbearable so far. Wishing you all luck if your surgery is today or upcoming!

  6. Hi everyone! Had my VSG surgery today (2/7), and so far, so good. I’m still in the hospital, but I’ve been able to walk around, go to the bathroom on my own, and generally haven’t had much pain at all. (I’m halfway wondering if they actually did anything lol.) Really hoping it stays this way. And I wish everyone smooth sailing in their upcoming surgeries!
