I don't have an answer for you but I can vouch for how much extra weight effects your ability to move with MS.
Good for you for trying to make positive changes for the things you have control of!

I have MS and had the band 10 years ago. Now I’m back, and going to get Gastric Bypass. My MS was a non issue.
