Thanks to everybody for the responses. I have found that laying on my left side has helped the most. I am still having a lot of pain in the shoulder, so I just go lay down for about 15 min.

My name is Chipper and I just got banded today. Thought I would drop in and tell everyone Howdy!! Things are doing OK except I have terrible gas pain in my left shoulder and can't seem to shake it, has anyone else ever had this and how did you get rid of it.
