Suit yourself? Is that all you can say on that? That you prefer to pick and choose what you wish to see in our laws? What do you mean suit yourself? That you can not come up with a legitimate answer to my question on why you wish to pick and choose? You can not have it both ways. We can not live in a society that picks and chooses it laws based on some ones interpretation on what God things is worse. I think that God doesnt like ANY sin. Not just the ones YOU think are worse than others.

So, when are we going to start jailing those people who have premarital sex? Where are those laws? Unnatural vice could mean anything not in the marriage bed. You can not pick and chose what laws you want to have.

Well, unfortunately your opinion is coming across as VERY racist, even IF you think you read the fact sheet right. What we are trying to tell you is that you misunderstood what you read. What the facts are basically is that there are more non-white people in jail than white people. It does NOT mean that there are more NON-white people committing crimes on white people. Can some one cut and paste an average from some legitimate crime site that says crimes on a white person are committed by what % of the whites vs non-whites? Also, I read that your comment to "sooner" by putting the word Christian in quotes you were off handedly saying he wasnt "Christian" enough for you because he dissagreed with you. Care to rectify that? Or am I whining?

I didnt say vaccination was a bad thing. I am trying to say to jump on the bandwagon and force everyone to have a vaccinatino forced on everyone is a bad thing. Not every vaccination made my medical science is good. Not every person has a reason to chance a bad reaction to vaccination when the threat of getting the disease is low. If they came out with a BRAND new AIDS vaccination tomorrow, would I get it? NO, my risk of getting AIDS is very low. If, after 10 years of it being on the market and its been trended to see what the rare side effect are, I may get it depending on my risk factors. If I was a gay man and they came out with brand new AIDS vaccination, I would be first in line. When my daughter gets to that age, I will look and do more research on what happening with this vaccination. Otherwise, I see no reason to subject her to unknown risks at this point.

I know that this has been posted, but obviously some women need a reminder: At work you are using a PUBLIC bathroom. That means you are SHARING the bathroom with other women. Please keep this in mind when you: Hoover over the seat to pee. Its YOUR pee, wipe it off of the seat when you are done peeing on it. Unroll 6 feet of toilet paper to get to the "untouched by human hands" toilet paper. Thats fine, but throw it away in the toilet or the trashcan, dont leave it on the floor. Dont flush the toilet. I know you dont want to touch the handle of the toilet, but use some of that paper you just wasted to wrap around your hand and flush the toilet. Speaking of which, I know you just made a big poo, it and its stinky and you are in a hurry, but can you at least stay in the stall to make sure that it all goes down? You are allowed to flush more than once. Yes, I know we have janitors at work who are there to clean to bathroom. But they are not there to pick up after you trash the place. They are there to sanitize it and restock it. Come on people, do you do this at home????????

I guess that I am a bad Christian. But here it goes. I have seen much and prayed alot. Some answered some not. My faith was based on a lot of older people telling me in my youth that "This is God and you will believe" And for a while, I took that. As I got older and more cynical, I became agnostic. I was fasinated by the Greek and Roman, Celtic and Viking Gods. And yes, some stories seem to be the same. As do Hindu stories about God(s). I guess to make whole in my simple mind, is that I do not pretend to know God. But why is it so hard to think that the old stories were just older stories of God? The more I read, the more I prayed, the more I studied in college and graduated with my Biology degree and minor in Chemistry, I came to the fact that there is a God. The more I prayed on it, I became to believe that my salvation is Jesus. It is my leap of faith to say that how you worship God is your own. I do not know that you will not be saved because you do not take Jesus to your faith. I think there is enough room in heaven for all of us. I guess thats why I dont even try to convert people. I think you have to come to it your own way. I think it take a BUNCH more faith to say that I believe that Jesus did what he did with little to no hard, solid, "Discovery Channel" proof in my pocket than 3 million Ph.D's and mathematical formulas that say he was who he was and did what he did. *end of rambling*

I guess what I was trying to do with the poem is to say that, just because you are one religion or another or not of any religion is that we should all just play nice. That is what I got out of it. How far should we go by being our brothers keeper? I do not know, I suppose we should do what we can so that we do not stretch ourselves out. I'd loved the statement that said, in my interpretation is that just because you do not think there is a God, that does not give you rights to a)run pell-mell and do bad things ( think we can all agree on this- and no I dont think atheists are bad people) also, just because you dont think there is a God, you should try to belittle me or try to humiliate me because I do belive there is one. (which I do.. and why I stopped posting is cause I felt like Ron was telling me that I was wrong in my faith) I also think that the opposite is true in that, if I do believe in God, I do not have the right to "sadden my brother" who does not. I am and always have been very skittish of vaccinations. This one, thankfully, I have a while yet before I have to make my choice. My daughter is 4. I however, will not be taking the shot. I dont jump on the "shot bandwagon" very easily and I must have at least 5 years of tracking the general population before I will even consider it. Last case and point... the flu shot has been causing childern to have hallucinations and personality issues within days of getting the shot. I gotta find that article. That and the fact that the flu shot does not cover all flu's. It is made up to combat the type of flu that scientists think will be most prevelant that year. The HPV shot is the same. it does not cover all HPV variants.
