I had my surgery on the 7th.. I'm feeling great, I had the same problem with not feeling like eating. I went and saw my surgeon and she released some Fluid around the band. She said that the band comes with some saline when they put it in. So I agree with Krtork, just call your Doctor. Feel Better!:smile2:

I didn't know what to expect post-op, but I really feel great. My surgery date was 08/07/08 and I weighed 265. The day after surgery I thought to myself: "What did I get myself into". I'm so happy that I didn't go into complete depression mode and I thank My Mom for being that continued support, and I great shoulder to cry on. Today I weighed in at 245 and I totally feel it, my energy is coming back and I think I lost my double chin....:crying: :confused: The best is yet to come and I can't wait to start working out again.

Yes.. definitely talk to your PCP... So by the time you see the surgeon you will have two months down and 4 to go!

Best Wishes to you... You will be fine:thumbup:.. and don't worry about that last meal it's all a mental thing... I had to be on a 2 week liquid fast since I had a "fatty liver" so I didn't have a last meal, but all in all I think I was fine without one! I'm actually happy I read this thread... I was banded on Aug 7th.. and I'm happy to see that I am not the only one going through the gas pains. The hardest part for me is to keep getting up... I just feel so tired and drained. We will see what happens tomorrow.
