  8. Thank you I appreciate everyone's comments im going to stay away from eggs and yes i agree with all do what your surgeon requires you to do and that's what I have done. I only do what he told me I could do nothing more.
  9. I agree surgeons all have different pre and post op instructions. I also only had to stick with low carb low sugar on my pre op and clear the day before...now in post op when I was leaving the hospital he said I could go to phase 2 including cream of soup and cream of wheat sugar free puddings etc...we are all different and we all had great surgeons so no one plan is the right way.
  10. I appreciate all the feedback I not try the eggs as it seems like alot of people had issues even if they waited...my surgeon said I could do creamed soup and cream if wheat so ill go with those...thank you all for your input it's valuable
  11. My surgeon encouraged me to go on as long as I could tolerate and so far so good...im not pushing it and I only have a little at a time
  12. Thank you I just had a beef stew mixed through my vita mix took out the meat and potatoes left the carrots in the broth and blended it was so yummy can only eat like a tablespoon but that's fine...how much you down now?

I have not stepped on the scale as of yet...my stomach is still bloated
  17. Fairlife they have 30 grams of protein and they have another one that has 42 grams and they both taste very good
