  1. Fanny, thanks for posting your status, I hope you continue pain free. Why did they have to change your sheets so soon? Do you have a lot of drains? Best wishes for a pain free and speedy recovery. Mimi
  2. One might say it is not meant to be if you are already losing wt!!! How much do you have to weigh to qualify? Mimi
  3. Yes, I will say some prayers for their quick recovery. Your cookies sound good, I can't believe you only ate 1.5, LOL. I would have cleaned out the batch. Love cookies!!! Your pictures are wonderful, except I feel bad for your poor "little" girl!!!! I think you said it doesn't hurt, but it looks like it does. Congrats on the down 9 pounds, that is wonderful!!!! Happy anniversary and enjoy your dinner date!! Mimi
  4. Nice self analysis, Jamie. You should turn things arround with this attitude. Best wishes and keep posting. Mimi
  5. Your doctor is very aggresive with progressing your diet and starting your fills. Yes, you are in B. Hell and there is nothing you can do about it!!!! To minimize your gain make sure you are walking or exercising daily and count your calories. I gained 12 pounds during that time, so I feel your pain!!! Best wishes, Mimi
  6. Fanny, good luck and sweet dreams!!!! Mimi
  7. I wish you could change the title of this thread.
  8. Sounds yummy!!!! As you get restriction you will be eating half or less that that. Something to look forward to!!! Mimi
  9. Tarajim is very blunt in her posting, but she is right on the money. I believe you are eating MORE and exercising less than you think you are. Weighing or measuring all your food and include your beverages in your count. Take your pulse during exercise to make sure you are getting your heart rate up. You asked for advice and help, well here it is. Best wishes, Mimi
  10. Good plan, Feather. I am glad you have restriction, though. Mimi
  11. I loved your long newsy post!!!! I do appreciate your sweet and honest musings, makes it and you very real!!! I will eagerly await your pictures. I know you can handle all that is coming!!! Mimi
  12. SJ, sorry you are having a little relapse....hopefully it is your cold's last hurrah before giving up and letting you get better. Your swelling is definitely better and your incision line is healing so well. No stitches on the outside? I think you are doing well and gotta love Mom for caring, LOL!!!! The bottom half fits perfectly!!! Mimi
  13. Bobbie, I am so sorry this happened, it is very sad. I hope the leak is in the port itself, that is the easiest repair to make, I think. Best wishes, Mimi
  14. Thank you so much for your guidance. I am having a breast lift in 3 weeks and will go to Dillards when I am healed and get fitted. My neice was picking on me over T'giving because of the girls being so low and pointing south.....with a comfortable bra on!!!! Mimi
  15. Marmar, you are probably experiencing restriction and good for you!!! Mimi
  16. You have a great sunny attitude and will do well. Best wishes, Mimi
  17. Thaks for the info, I had my first underwire 2 months ago and it made my sie boods hurt all the way in to my chest wall. And it kept creeping up so my lower boobies were exposed!!!!! Mimi
  18. Allie, your happiness shines through and I am delighted for you!!!!! Loved the bikini shot, your doc did a great job, and you did your part during the healing stages. Best wishes, Mimi
  19. There could be several reasons for your slowdown....it could just be that your body needs to adjust to that huge wt loss you have accomplished. The closer you get to goal the less calories you need, so you need to count calories too besides measuring. If you want to eat a cup of food, by all means use different measuring cups...I personally don't like mixing my food either. Good luck, Mimi
  20. Congratulations, Rose and welcome to Bandland!!!! All that walking is a very good thing!!! Best wishes, Mimi
  21. SJ I am glad you are feeling better, I have missed you posting. It will be great to see some new pictures. I am excited for you to get the tape off the girls!!! I am happy for you to be getting a fill Wednesday. Mimi
  22. Elfie, I agree with you and wish you had written your post a year ago. My surgeon has a God complex and a 6 week rule. Had I been more ballsy I would have fired him a long time ago. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars and 14 months later I finally got restriction.....ridiculous. Mimi
  23. Does the Trista come without underwire? Mimi
  24. Allie, you are incredible and hubby aint so shabby, either, LOL. You look great and the way that bikini fits is wowser!!!!! Good luck with the thigh lift, which you look excellent without it!!!! Mimi
  25. Are you self pay? If you are like me, you know how to gain and know how to lose, but maintenance is a new world. When you get to your target wt you may keep your fill and eat more calories or get a little unfill to eat more calories. I will add that short ppl like us need very few calories before we start gaining, so it wwill be trial and error. Best wishes. Mimi
