Hey all, I just wanted to let everyone here post-band know how much you are helping us pre-banders. I don't go until January 13 for mine, but I have been around here since the summer. The information I have learned from you guys has been invaluable. I honestly don't know if I would be this far into changing my life without having your expereiences to comb through and learn from. So.. I would like to thank you for sharing your information and allowing me to learn from your mistakes and triumphs.

AND.. Not that you need it, but I am SOOOO very proud of you guys for the dedication you have put forth and the weight you have lost. It gives me hope that I may do the same. :w00t:

Thank you for saying that! I felt the same before I had my band at all the valuable info and support I was getting on here. I was banded April 22nd and have lost 83 pounds since the band and 106 from my highest - you will be so much happier once you are on this path! Good luck!!
