Just checking in with you to see how you're doing! I'm doing ok so far. Im loosing weight gradually. So far between pre-op diet and after surgery is 24lbs. I can't tell by seeing but my clothes are difinitely getting looose. I know I need to start drinking more water and I should start loosing more. I have my first fill on March 8th. I still get hungry but my choices have been much better, I have no restriction right now either which is fustrating

Hey! Hows the liquid diet going? Was it hard the first day? What were your cravings like.... My surgery date is for the 19th of January. I start my liquid diet for 7 days starting 01/12/10... I'm so excited and scared all in one ball!! Keep me updated on how your doing so we can support eachother... Kharissa

Had my last nutritional visit!!! they will be submitting after this. Wish me luck! I have my psych visit on Sept 9th and hopefully I'll know or talk about a surgery date
