I just want to commend you on how wonderful you look. I got banded back on 04-09 and I have not been doing to well. I dont know what it is, I guess lack of motivation. But seeing ur pics gives me motivation to want to try harder.

Yes I am banded I was banded april 09, I am only down about 49 pounds Wow that is a lot of exercise you do. But it definitely has paid off for you. Thanks for the information, keep up the good work.
