  1. I've been there, and I get it. That's why I want to suggest what I believe is the best casein protein powder. It won't mess with the flavors of your food or drinks. Casein protein blends seamlessly into various dishes. You can mix it into savory foods, like soups or stews, or even stir it into your morning coffee without turning it into a sugary mess. It's versatile, and you won't have that "raw flour" taste you mentioned with pea protein.
  2. It can be a real challenge, especially when you're not a fan of all the sweeteners in most protein shakes.
  3. This discussion doesn't look very encouraging, but I hope I'll be admitted to the operation without problems.
  4. My way is to go to a local secondhand shop and find something nice there. Clothes there are usually of much better quality than in the shops, and you can easily find famous clothing brands there. I buy new very seldom and only when I need something specific like this Drawstring bags bulk from Amazon. I could not find it anywhere else, and I wanted this particular bag, so I got it. I don’t care much about what other people would say and just wear something I feel comfortable in and something that I like. This is the golden rule for me in terms of clothing.
