Hello So on the 23 of this month it will be 3 months post surgery , so far I went from 260 lbs to 207 lbs , so 53 lbs are off , I don't know if that's okay but I guess some people lose weight quickly and others slowly , maybe it also has to do with my bad habits of eating ice cream ( twice a week ) and some carbs such as bread and pasta . What I've noticed since my second month post op is the hair loss especially when I wash my hair or comb it , I lose a huge amount , although I have thick hair it's starting to get thinner should I be worried about it ?
