Congratulations you will be ok I would say it is hard the first week but you got to keep pushing because I am only 1 week in but it is all worth it

I have started popsicles as well an they are happy.

I will thank you this is so much help did you loose the 1st week an I was asking was it hard for you as well because my body not hungry but my mind is.

An did you take anything for your bowels have not made a bowel movement

I am going to start with the Protein Water drinks an that caffe latte is nasty right now this is so new an uncomfortable but I will be ok I am glad I can ask questions but this week make 2 weeks
