Sleeve , May 5, 2022. Always been known as the athlete in the family so struggling with my weight and physical injuries (3 herniated disks in my back, torn meniscus in my knee -> a reoccuring injection is the only reason I can literally walk) that limit my ability to work out has been stressful, depressing and hard. For that reason I did not tell anyone in my immediate family about my procedure.  

I told my other half, my sister in law (a nurse), My partner at work, My boss,  and my best friend. These are the people I trust to say nothing to anyone. I don't want to hear the judgment from others. They can't begin to understand what I have been thru, all the things I have tried to lose weight.  I don't eat any junk food, no cakes, candy, pies, limited fruit, and been an avid meal prep person for years. Chicken, Shrimp, Fish, broccoli,  green beans are my favorite all cooked in my ninja grill.

I am hoping the sleeve can be the added boost I need to get back to my ideal weight 😩  of 185. I was 250. I continue to walk as much as my knee and back allow.
