I’m a year po gastric sleeve start weight was 218.4 kg (34.4st) I’m now 142.4 kg (22.4 st) thinking of doing a restart as I’m not loosing anything for the past 6 months I’m doing everything right but I’m getting despondent at this point dietician said to up my gym time which I have done but still I’m at a loss for what to do

I like the clear Protein from MyProtein as it comes in a lot of flavours and helps me to stay hydrated while getting protein in. I like the cranberry one best.
