  1. I had surgery the end of May. I have been ill, throwing up, chills, and fever. Do I need to worry about a leak? I have done really well, 250 to 193 pounds May to Now. First time getting sick.
  2. I have a really hard time getting my twins, teenager, and myself feed in the mornings. Last school year, I would have a low carb slim fast. My husband did not think this was a good idea. By the end of the school year, I quit and tried taking cottage cheese and chicken chunks. I sometimes had the time to eat it when my students had their breakfast break. Is a low carb slim fast ok, or is there a better product out there that I should be taking? Or do I try harder at finding a different food source?
