Like many of you, I thought I had things under control. A few extra pounds each year, I seemed okay. Then the pandemic hit. I work from home and have constant access to whatever I crave and don't have my normal routine. I quickly put on 25 lbs.
I decided this was the year I would take charge of my relationship with food. I scheduled some meetings, selected a doctor and am so excited to be moving forward with this new chapter of my life.
