I make sure I eat a Protein every 2 hours. Like HB egg. Couple of cheese cubes. Protein shake...etc I can't even have any fruit yet. I'm still on soft diet.

I'm still on a soft diet as well.. I only eat the fruit cup with no sugar added. They're very soft and easy to mash. I found out this weekend that I can no longer digest egg yolks. That is very sad bc I love hard boiled eggs. Technically I'm only supposed to have egg whites at this stage though.

    The stall is very real.

Eating 600-700 calories every day and meeting my Protein goals and weight loss has slowed to a crawl going into week 4.

Anyone else have it happen? how many calories are you guys eating?

I am also in week 4 and experiencing the stall. I think I'm out of the ketosis also which is probably cause. I could definitely improve my Water intake but I've also began eating fruit almost daily.

im on my bed after the surgery literally a few hours ago...when does the pain stop?? getting out of bed hurts and laying down hurts and breathing hurts. the hurting is the stomach

i feel like crying please when does it stop

I experienced a small amount of this. Slept in my recliner. Stayed on top of alternating pain meds and Tylenol and wore a snug belly binder. That seemed to help out.

  4. Hi TJ! I was Nov 29th also! So happy to have my follow-up tomorrow! Woke up this morning feeling like my stomach (internal) is swollen. So far the worst pain has been psychological but I think I'm mostly past that. Didn't even realize how attached to food I was. Never in a million years would I have thought I'd breakdown for not having chips. I seriously thought I was losing it! Even through all the "buyer's remorse" I can see improvement! Just keep going!
