I am new to this BLOG-thing.
"As a Chef, I made the discision, that I would get banded for life. After reading some "threads", I still think there is two sides to all stories. By this I mean, after having faith in a Dr. who could help you attain a better life with your family. I have to remember one thing-to be FAITHFUL TO MYSELF AND TO MY DR.-THIS is so he can continue to help me on my new journey. I have had two children and possilby would like one more. I thought that it would be a snap! Well, little did I know I felt like a train hit me. I will remember to eat or drink. I will remember to chew. I will remeber to consume enough protien to maintain my body. I am so excited insite to have followed my Dr. "diet plan in stages, (on 4 now) that I have already lost 21#. I have told a few close co-workers, parents, and a few true friends. My kids-one sone is 4 and the other15 months, this will be a heartfelt journey to teach them to eat right and drink right. But people must learn themselves, and sometimes painfuly by their mistakes. My life has been blessed in many ways others would love to be me, but sometimes I wish I could of been just thier size-almost feel like I would trade all of what they wanted for that. But I think LIFE, has tought me to love your self to help yourself.
AND that folks is why/what I am trying to do!
I was banded July 1st, but this all didn't start then.....
I wish all folks that are really trying the best, always remember there is HomeWork to do!"
