Oh lol you wrote me back on your page... where do you get benefiber from? oh that scares me about the stitches. i have been reading on here and some of the people say they could have mushies after a week! lucky them! 40 pounds is a lot. thats great. i have lost 6 now in the past week. its about a pound a day. i just spent two hours doing english homework and now i have to spend another three doing my history midterm. sucks. i am soooo not prepared. i think i am going to go take a walk with my ipod to get my brain cells working.
