    Hi all. I’m 3 weeks out today. I’ve been stalled for about 4 days. I’m down 18 lbs and am feeling discouraged. Anyone else stall this early?

    Hi!! I check in on the 26th. Pre op is going well although I’ve got to get more water in. I started a bit earlier than requested too but getting liquids in is my biggest hurdle. What protein are you using? It is getting boring but I’ve been trying different flavors. I’m thinking of giving the chicken protein broth a try to give the other stuff a rest.

    Hi Everyone! Im new to the site - I am having VSG through Blossom on 9/29/2021. Started preop diet and I miss caffeine. Anyone else feel like you could sleep for days? Im wiped. Good luck to everyone having surgery this month! I cant wait to see your successes!
