I'm scheduled for Friday, the 27th in Orlando. This is my 3rd ever surgery, so I'm more than a little nervous. I've been tracking calories since early July and have been on the pre-surgery diet since Friday the 13th (right!?). So far, down 30 lbs. from 350 lbs. So.. here we go.
