I hear you! I feel the same way! And I do the exact same thing! But...are your clothes fitting better? Do you look better? I know I do. My trust gauge right now is my bra. I'm on the last row of hooks - time for new bras! My scale has almost met its demise quite a few times, but I just shove it against the wall and leave the bathroom telling myself that I don't care what that wicked little thing says, I feel better and look better. So there.
