Decided that despite being told I don't need to do one, I will do a modified pre-op diet ahead of band replacement surgery. I figure it will get my head back into the game!

Down 8lbs since surgery. However, tomorrow I start on solids...

Dropped 2 lbs over the weekend. Probably wasn't a good way to do it but I'm sure it'll come back on in its own time...

Finally proved I wasn't a hypochondriac. 13 months of knowing my band wasn't working. 2 port replacement surgeries in that time, one for port replacement and the other to confirm there was no leak. Except there is a leak. 3.5mls lost in 4 months. We're back to square one.

Good luck with your band, nel! It was a lifesaver for me! I had my surgery in August 2008 and lost all my excess weight in 7 months. I've maintained now for over a year. I wish you all the success in the world!

Got a tiny unfill to see if it would prompt a little appetite to return. Nope. I'll just live with it, I guess. I'm only 0.1cc up now from where I was before...

got my fill on Friday and I'd lost 4lbs. Dr wasn't sure I needed a fill but gave me another teeny one anyway. I am hoping this is it, my 'maintenance' fill!
