I’m feeling great! Sometimes I forget I had the surgery lol. Down 28 pounds so far!

Day 3 I could eat creamed soups,sf pudding, yogurt. Day 15 I started soft/purée foods. Eggs, tuna, avocado, mashed veggies and purée meats. I don’t get any more solid foods til the 5th week. As for the gas walk walk walk the more I walked the better I felt. I also used gas x

Drink G2 Gatorade and some broth those two have some sugar some carbs and sodium.

August 2nd here! All in all it’s been good! Very little pain except for gas but that’s tolerable. For some reason it’s the mornings that tend to be the roughest on my tummy! I’m not sure if it’s cause I’m not drinking all night cause I’m sleeping or what! I wanna say it’s almost in between gas and hunger pain but who knows.

Got it done yesterday and I’m getting to go home today. Pain isn’t so bad I think it’s more gas than tummy pain,but I am dry heaving when I drink fluids.
