I had my surgery done on the 25th and I am also struggling with fluids. When I drink I have gas pain as well and it goes away quickly. I walk walk walk and I also take Gas x but it seems like that doesn’t work

My surgery is tomorrow!!!!!!!!! 😚 I am super excited yet nervous at the same time.

Thank you love!!!! I have bought me some compression socks, a binder, and compression arm sleeves so when I do go walking and start to loose weight I want have loose skin

Yeeeesssssssssss!!!!!! We should most definitely stay in touch. Did you have to do a 2 week liquid diet? I see some ppl pre op diet is different

Hello everyone I am new here! I am having the Gastric Sleeve on Tuesday. Any tips on the do’s and don’t? I know everyone’s experience is different but I got to admit I am super nervous.
