  1. I am now almost 4 months out and I feel that I am able to eat too much. I can eat two scrambled eggs in a meal. I have also been able to eat an entire sandwich ( with one thin piece of ham, lettuce and tomato) another day. I drink a lot of water and I still do a protein shake almost every day. But its it bad that I can fit alot like two eggs? I have lost a total of 53lbs since the surgery but its been a month that I have not lost anything and I even think I regained 2 pounds. I am so scared for this not to work.
  2. This is a good idea! Thank you!

  4. @ShoppGirl yea I tried that too lol thanks!
  5. I am 6 weeks out of surgery and I already ran out of ideas of what to eat. I had been eating yogurts, cottage cheese, refried beans, cheese, scrambled eggs, and protein shakes. I don't feel like eating this anymore to the point where I just dont eat and will drink water instead. What else can I eat when I am hungry!?
  6. Question, I am 3 and a half weeks out of surgery and I was wondering how much of my protein shake I should be doing at a time? I noticed that the first week or so it would take me all day to drink all 11oz of a shake. Now I think I can almost finish an entire shake in maybe over 30 min. Is this normal? I do not want to stretch my pouch but I do not feel like my stomach gets like overloaded when I drink the shake. Also, do we still need to sip?
