Hi This is my first post. I am having gastric sleeve surgery on 5/18/21. I am reaching out to all who can give me any pointers. I would like to know which supplement work best for all of you? Also are any of you taking additional supplements for your hair and skin? I welcome anything you can think of since all of you have already started on this journey.
