Hi...just checking to see how things are going with you?

I went to the Dr and he removed half of what he put in 3 weeks ago. I never should have let the pb'ing go on so long. Thanks for caring and all your support. You are a very sweet lady.

You have done fantastic. How many calories do you consume in 1 day? Do you exercise regularly? That is my problem, I would lose more if I walked or exercised.

Please keep in touch. I dont have a sister, but...if I did I would want her to be as sweet and caring as you are.

Linda, thanks for your sweet comments. Its taken me awhile, I lose very slow, but thats ok, Dr. wants me to reach my goal of 135 in 2 yrs, I would like to make it by Christmas 2009. When did you have your surgery? Where are you from? You have a very pretty face!!!! Thanks again and keep in touch.

Hi everyone. I am a new member and I'm very excited to be a part of this group. Love making new friends and helping others if I can. My Lap Band surgery is scheduled for Aug. 4, 2008. I am so excited to get started. Would love hearing from you, any tips are suggestions are needed.
