I'm on 4 shakes + 6 servings of the following: ½ cup cooked veggies, 1 cup raw veggies, 1 snack size jello or pudding (sugar free obvi), 6oz Greek yogurt No fat, 30g< carbs, no sugar I just want some avocado or tuna 😭😭😭 -

If your kidneys are decent, could you use diuretics?? My dietician told me to use them for those last couple pounds if I needed because I gained like 15lbs back on after I was like 3lbs from my goal weight because life & stress.. I didn't take them, but it's an option 🤷♀️🤷♀️ -
I'm one week into my 2 week pre-op liquids/veggies only diet. I've gotten really extra about making palatable food (Indian inspired cauliflower rice and tandoori cauliflower bites with a tomato chutney) but today, day 6, I am STRUGGLING. I had my 4 shakes today, but I have a splitting headache and I'm weak, any advice?
