I would contact your team, the advice i was given is liquid which can be sucked through a straw, the key i was told is protein, so i try up go energize added protein, protein water and basically aim to drink 6 times by around 250ml -
June 15th for me started the pre op diet, its not bad but im not a fan of the optifast bars
