Just stopping by to say hello. I hope all is going well with you. My one year bandiversary is coming up soon and I have only lost about 40lbs, but hey, I am not gaining either. I need to get back into the groove and push myself to new heights.

I had gotten addicted to watching Biggest Loser, but now it is time for me to get up and lose big myself, LOL!!
